“Fun Facts” and “Personal Experiences”
When I was younger, I blushed a lot. Being blonde and pale, my blushing was obvious.

Charles Darwin called blushing “the most peculiar and most human of all expressions.”
Mark Twain concluded, “Man is the only animal that blushes, or needs to.”
As I grew up, I got tired of people constantly asking, “Why are you blushing?” So, I memorized the following response.
“Brett, why are you blushing?”
“I blush because of unconscious hyper vasodilator nerves over which I have no conscious control.”
After a while, they stopped asking.
